The medium was a little form fitting at first but have since loosened up and work nicely for a variety of applications. I use them at work mostly, but also when doing yard and automotive work.

I've started developing arthritis in my hands and bought these hoping to help protect them. So far, a good investment. They fit tight and fit in a well that allows me to manipulate smaller objects. Would have liked a little more cushion in the piece that runs between the thumb and index finger but otherwise the cushioning is appropriate for my uses. Construction feels solid but only time and use will tell.
