These leather gardening gloves are fantastic! I actually got them because I have a lot of cacti, and I figured these would work out great for cacti if they also worked with roses.
Guess what? They do! These gloves work out so nicely with the cacti as well. I’m definitely a fan! The gloves fit well, are comfortable to wear, and are easy to work in. I like how they extend up the arm. Nothing sharp or thorny gets through these.
Definitely top notch, five stars! ⭐️ A++++++ highly recommend.

They are soft and flexible. I can use them to do work requiring finger dexterity. I like the long sleeve that gives me extra protection. However, when handling roses, the thorns occasionally puncture through the gloves. The palm and fingertips are double-layered, but other areas are not. The thorns can poke through easily. I need to watch where the thorns are and be cautious. I have been using many leather gloves, none of them is 100% puncture resistant.

These are fantastic leather gardening gloves, I'm so glad I ordered them I grow cactus outside in containers and every year a couple need to be repotted and it's always a challenge fraught with danger. I've tried various leather gardening gloves in the past but none were as protective as these. They have long cuffs that come up to my elbow...no more scratched forearms! They also have reinforced fingertips and palms.
I haven't used them to repot any cactus yet but I did test them out by touching all of the cactus gently to see if I could feel anything or if any spines stuck in the gloves and they passed. I'm so impressed that I'm going to have to get a pair for my husband. I highly recommend these gloves.

This is actually my second pair of these gloves because my husband stole my first pair so... I love these for working in the garden because between my roses and other thorny plants, I need something to protect my arms. These let me do my work without getting scratched. While I can't do very delicate work like planting seedlings, these gloves are perfect when cutting back or weeding around my roses. They are also absolutely essential when pulling out/cutting cat briars and smilax since those plants have wicked thorns and they seem to grow all over the place without warning. Anyway, I've really come to rely on these gloves because they cover my arms up to the elbows and give me the protection I need.

I have an acre of woods on front of my house which my driveway passes through. It's full of downed trees, branches, and thorn bushes. These gloves have allowed me to start clearing the thron bushes away without tearing up my arms and hands. I just started clearing and in 3 hours of work, I think only 3-4 thorns were able to poke through the gloves, which was hardly anything. I'm able to pull the thorn bushes up by the roots without getting hurt. Highly recommend!

I purchased these to deal with fallen trees etc for the 2023 TX freeze. It looks like these types of gloves are marketed for rosebushes but I needed them for cedar especially. What I particularly like about this design is that it is simple while other brands can be overdone and look like a pair of sneakers. I also noticed that size charts on other brands were confusing while this one was concise and allowed me to get the right ones. They are very comfortable with no struggle to put on, perfectly protective, nice and cool.

Bought these and love them and don't have a rose in my garden! I am on anticoagulants so my blood is thin and every scratch or prick above the wrist where usual garden gloves stop brings bruising and bleeding. These are perfect for protecting not just my hands but my lower arms. for all my outside work. I recommend them for anyone in my situation and the bag they store in is an added benefit.

After reading all the reviews, I wasn't sure how well these would work. I have several bogies in my yard, mostly near my windows to protect against intruders. I also have a lot of other spiky/thorny plants in my yard such as pineapples with razor-sharp spikes along their whole leaves and a nice sharp tip on the end of each leaf, citrus trees with nice sharp spikes on them, and some kind of viney weed that has short sharp thorns all over the vines. I usually end up coming in from weeding looking like my arms were in a blender since my normal leather gloves only protect my hands. These long pruning gloves worked great, though! I was even able to use my forearms to keep bogie branches off myself while I was trimming other branches without getting punctured or scratched. They were reasonably cool, too. When I took them off, I looked at my hands and arms and the only scratch I had was one small scratch on my upper arm where the glove/gauntlet didn't cover. That's a first in my yard! Very glad I got these! I'm a female with small hands, and the medium was slightly big on me, but still very easy to work with and well worth it for the protection it gave.

I have killer vines from hell in my yard. Like jack’s beanstalk but with monster spikes. These gloves kept my hands and arms protected from massive spikes shown and teeny needle prickly thorns to boot. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of gloves perfect for thorns.

I brought a pair of gloves for my husband and for myself. They are easy to put on and comfortable. Be sure to use the measuring guidelines so you will get the perfect, snug fit. They protect the hands and below the elbow for trimming rose bushes and even small pine trees or their limbs. They are also flexible enough to allow for pick up use of trimmed items if necessary or even landscape tools for easy use. If these ever wear out and are still available, I will be ordering them again. Highly recommend.

Looked at all long armed gloves, knew the pokes and blood drawing of growing roses, read the reviews and noted the number of reviews and purchased these. They arrived quickly and I could get on with chores. These actually come up higher on my arms, thus protecting me even more.

Gloves fit very well. I ordered a small and and it's a perfect fit. Have not used them yet as, of course, it has either rained or been too hot to do any gardening since I received them. I received these gloves 4 days after ordering them and they were delivered on the date I was told they would be delivered. I ordered on a Saturday, so they may come quicker if ordered during the week. My aunt liked them so much I am going to order her a pair. I will try to update the review after using these gloves.

Very pleased with these garden gloves which will protect my forearms from unsightly bruises and scratches. the suede portion is high quality and soft. And they are very modestly priced!

I love them. My cat loves them more. We can play fight ( bunny kick and bite) over a toy without getting a scratch or a bite. She loves the smell too. Plus the lanolin from the sheep leather is good for my hands.

I love the gloves. I ordered a small though I considered medium. The small fits "like a glove!!" perfect size to do all types of indoor and outdoor activities. My arms always had a rash after gardening but not with these. The length protects my arms from the sun, insects and irritation from plants. I do remove lingering soil so they still look like new and ready for the next project. A few neighbors commented on my gloves!!!

Just wow. I tackled a huge bushy area this morning filled with nasty thorns from a few wild black raspberry plants that haven't been touched ever and I came away without a scratch! The long sleeves protected my arms and I had no fear grabbing the thorn filled branches as i cut and pulled. It was awesome! Very good product

I gave these gloves as a gift to a friend to has had almost continuous problems with poison ivy this year. She moved to a different house and is transforming the heavily wooded property into a lovely garden, but the problem of the poison ivy has been a deterrent to her plans. I think these gloves will help protect her forearms.

I have tissue paper skin on my arms and I walk around looking like I have bleeders under the skin. I also do a lot of gardening and when a branch barely touches my arms there is immediate bleeding under the skin. Don't know what took me so long to buy these gloves but voila no more awful looking arms! Back to having normal looking arms and it's fabulous!
